CHICAGO, IL, February 16, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lisa Holloway, Former Director of Learning and Internal Communications for Bally Total Fitness, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in human capital development.

As a former director of learning and internal communications for Bally Total Fitness, Ms. Holloway specializes in the development of intervention strategies and the implementation of learning and talent development initiatives. During her years of active duty, she was responsible for overseeing all learning programs throughout the organization, and developing new learning programs as needed. During Ms. Holloway's first year at Bally Total Fitness, she implemented a formal onboarding program and role-based learning curriculum. In addition, she implemented and launched virtual learning programs through Bally University. She is highly experienced in the field. She attributes her success to her drive and focus on business results. She became involved with Bally as a result of her 11 years of prior business experience.

Ms. Holloway received a master's degree in education from Governors State University in 2002. She is a member of the Chicago Chapter of ASTD and HRMAC. In years to come, she hopes to work with a Fortune 500 organization and manage a consulting company.
