Hilton Head Health Offers Enhancement Weeks Focused on Improving Body Image
Hilton Head Health weight loss and health resort offers additional sessions focused on improving body image during their newly added enhancement weeks.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC, March 26, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hilton Head Health (H3), one of the nation's leading weight loss and lifestyle management resorts, is pleased to offer focused seminars on how to improve body image. Facilitated by H3 Wellness Counselor, Dr. Beth Leermakers, H3 Guests will explore the cultural and personal experiences that shape how one thinks and feels about his/her body. These sessions will be incorporated into their regular weekly Healthy Lifestyle program and will take place during the weeks of March 21st -28th and July 11th-18th of this year.

According to H3 Director of Program Development, Jessica Lynn, "We're very pleased by the participation to our enhancement sessions and the wonderful feedback we've received so far. Considering that body image is such a popular class in our regular program, I'm sure we'll see a demand for future Body Image + enhancement weeks."

Seminars on topics such as body image, aging, etc. are offered in the regular weekly program at H3; however, for particular weeks throughout the year, H3 offers additional sessions addressing a particular issues and/or activity. These focused seminars are meant to create a meaningful connection between the H3 Healthy Lifestyle program and their Guests' favorite activities and most important issues.
