Urban Active offers Community Training for Bluegrass 10K beginning Tuesday, April 28th thru July 1st 2009
Urban Active is offering community Team Training for Lexington's upcoming big July 4th Bluegrass 10K run/walk.

SHERMAN OAKS, CA, May 06, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A 10 week training program for anyone who wants to participate is being offered by Urban Active Palomar (located at: 1028 Wellington Way in Lexington - 859.219.9558) on Tuesdays at 9:10 AM starting April 28th until June 2nd.

From Tuesdays starting June 9th thru July 1st the group will be meeting at 7:00AM at Urban Active Palomar and also on Saturdays at 7:30 AM at Shillito Park pool parking lot up until weekend of July 4th race.

Urban Active non-members and members are welcome. This is open to all who have the common purpose of wanting to train to be their best in this year's Annual Bluegrass 10K.
